5 lbs. to 6lbs Beef Brisket
1/2 Cup Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Mustard
Cover the brisket in mustard
Then cover the brisket in Salt
you really want to pack it on.
Use the charcoal instructions and when the charcoal is ready, put the brisket directly on the coals.
Let sit until the crust comes off which is about 45 minutes per side depending on how big your brisket is. If it is larger than 2 lbs. you will want to cook it longer. The internal temperature of the brisket should be 165.
Typically brisket is smoked for hours, and really no matter how brisket is done is delicious. This Charcoal Grill Brisket is out of this world and is my absolute favorite summer barbeque recipe! I usually serve it with potato salad and corn on the cob for an amazing summer time meal.
