Instructions
Cover the brisket in mustard, then cover the brisket in Salt you really want to pack it on.
Use the charcoal instructions and when the charcoal is ready, put the brisket directly on the coals and let sit until the crust comes off.
Cook on all sides until the crust comes off. Maybe about 45 minutes per side
The internal temperature of the brisket should be 165.
