These bright sunny sunrise street tacos are a breakfast dream! They are so colorful and every bite is truly delicious! They come together very quickly and they are so tasty that you will eat at least 5! This is truly a blissful breakfast, and is one of my favorite Sunday brunch recipes.

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil 1 Tbsp. Butter 1 Tbsp. syrup 1 Tbsp. Parsley 1 Tbsp. cilantro ½ pound crab meat 1 peach ½ tsp. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt ½ Cup Pico De Gallo ⅛ Cup Milk 1 Tbsp. Water 5 eggs 1 lime 1 orange Street Tacos 1 ½ cup grated white cheddar cheese 4 pieces of cooked bacon
In a saucepan add olive oil, syrup, parsley, cilantro, juice of one orange, ¼ peach copped up, and Johnny’s. Cook over medium heat until bubbly. Add the crab meat and simmer until hot. To make the eggs combine, milk, water, and eggs, mix with a fork and cook over medium heat until they are light and fluffy scrambled eggs top with white cheddar cheese.
Thinly slice the rest of the peach, squeeze lime juice over the top and add fresh cilantro.
On a baking sheet add street tacos top with cheese and broil until the cheese has melted.
To make the tacos top each taco with the crab mixture, eggs, Pico De Gallo, and peaches.
Top sunrise street tacos with your favorite hot sauce and enjoy!

Ingredients

- 1/2 Pound Crab meat
- 1 Peach
- 1/2 Tsp. Johnny's Seasoning Salt
- 1/2 Cup Pico De Gallo
- 1/8 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 5 Large Eggs
- 1 Lime
- 1 Orange
- 1 Bag Street Tacos
- 1 1/2 Cup White Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 4 Pieces Bacon Cooked
Instructions
