In a saucepan add olive oil, syrup, parsley, cilantro, juice of one orange, ¼ peach copped up, and Johnny's. Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
Add the crab meat and simmer until hot.
To make the eggs combine, milk, water, and eggs, mix with a fork and melt butter over medium heat, add eggs and cook until they are light and fluffy scrambled eggs.
Thinly slice the rest of the peach, squeeze lime juice over the top and add fresh cilantro.
On a baking sheet add street tacos top with cheese and broil until the cheese has melted.
To make the tacos top each taco with the crab mixture, eggs, Pico De Gallo, and peaches.
