Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 5 Tbsp. Cilantro
  • 1/2 Pound Crab meat
  • 1 Peach
  • 1/2 Tsp. Johnny's Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Pico De Gallo
  • 1/8 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 5 Large Eggs
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Bag Street Tacos
  • 1 1/2 Cup White Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 4 Pieces Bacon Cooked

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan add olive oil, syrup, parsley, cilantro, juice of one orange, ¼ peach copped up, and Johnny's. Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
  • Add the crab meat and simmer until hot.
  • To make the eggs combine, milk, water, and eggs, mix with a fork and melt butter over medium heat, add eggs and cook until they are light and fluffy scrambled eggs.
  • Thinly slice the rest of the peach, squeeze lime juice over the top and add fresh cilantro. 
  • On a baking sheet add street tacos top with cheese and broil until the cheese has melted.
  • To make the tacos top each taco with the crab mixture, eggs, Pico De Gallo, and peaches.
