Parmesan chicken drumsticks are packed with flavor and crunch! This family friendly meal can be ready in just 40 minutes for an easy weeknight meal.

⅔ cup bread crumbs 

½ cup Parmesan 

½ Tsp. Oregano 

½ Tsp. Chili powder 

½ Tsp Garlic Salt

3/4 cup mayonnaise

6 Chicken Drumsticks

In one bowl mix bread crumbs, parmesan, oregano, chili powder, garlic salt.

I served Parmesan Chicken Drumsticks with honey glazed baby carrots for a very easy work night meal, and it is absolutely delicious! I promise this recipe will not disappoint, the mayonnaise makes the chicken very moist and tender on the inside and the bread crumb mixture make the chicken crunchy on the outside.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 6 Chicken Drumsticks

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, chili powder, and salt
  • In a second bowl add mayonnaise
  • Brush or dip chicken in mayonnaise to evenly coat
  • Then dip the chicken in the bread crumb mixture to evenly coat
  • Place drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165.
