Chicken-Parmesan and honey-glazed baby carrots

I love having baby carrots on hand because they keep well in the refrigerator, and they are a great snack and work well for side dishes like honey glazed baby carrots. If you don’t have a steamer this strainer set from Amazon is pretty inexpensive, and would work well for this recipe. https://amzn.to/2Tb6C45 I always uses my metal strainer and cover it with foil.
