This warm and comforting Ground Beef Casserole is a crowd pleaser! It can be made with ingredients you probably already have on hand in your pantry. This is an insanely delicious weeknight meal.

1 Lbs. Ground Beef
1 Onion Chopped
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Uncooked Rice
1 Can Chicken Noodle Soup
1 Can Water
1/2 Tsp Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Brown the beef with onions.
In a casserole dish add the rice
Then add soups, water , and beef mixture.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 for an hour and 15 minute to an hour and a half. Test for dryness if it gets dry add a little bit of water. Lastly, it is best to leave it uncover for the last 15 – 20 minutes to brown the top of the casserole.
