Spread the love

Corn cups are a cute easy go to appetizer! I think they would be great for a formal party if cooked until a little firm, or a small gathering if they are a little on the runny side.

Then combine flour and cornmeal and salt.

Add a little at a time to the butter mix.

Knead then form into balls.

Flatten and then press into small muffin tins and fill with chili.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

One of the best investments ever was my kitchen aid mixer! I have owned mine now for about 10 years, and it has been defiantly worth it. There are other brands out there but kitchen aid it built to last, it is an absolute work horse. I can not imagine not having it.

I love these serving platters from amazon these corn cups would look amazing on this dish https://amzn.to/3o9MSZH
