Marinated Oriental Chicken makes for an easy weeknight meal! It is relatively fast to throw together and the chicken comes out juicy and tender.

½ cup orange juice
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
½ Tsp vinegar
2 Tbsp dry sherry
2 Tsp minced peeled fresh ginger
1/4 Tsp sugar
4 boneless chicken breast halves or chicken thighs
Combine the first seven ingredients.
In a large shallow dish add chicken and marinade cover with plastic and refrigerate one hour or overnight turning occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 350 and cook for 45 minutes with marinade. You can also broil the chicken. If you do this remove chicken from marinade and broil until the chicken is brown. The chicken should be cooked through the internal temperature should be 165.
I made Marinated Oriental Chicken at the same time as I made a green bean casserole as a side. So, I cooked the chicken with the casserole dish at the same time.

- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds Toasted
Instructions
- Combine the first seven ingredients in a large shallow dish.
- Add chicken cover with plastic and refrigerate one hour or overnight turning occasionally

- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired
