Baked cheese rounds are a great finger food to have on hand when guest come over. This is an amazing some what southern appetizer that people will just go crazy for.

1 Cup Grated Cheese
¼ Cup Soft Margarine
½ Cup Flour
¼ Tsp. Celery Seed
¼ Tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients in a bowl
Mix together and then chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
With an ice cream scoop, make balls on a baking sheet. Flatten with a fork
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
These baked cheese rounds really reminded me of red lobster’s cheddar bay biscuits, as they have a flakey but buttery texture. They were a hit in my house as they were gone in no time! This recipe made about eight larger cheese rounds, I think they would be very cute made very small. If you do make them on the smaller side they may only need about 10 minutes to bake.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cheese Grated
- 1/4 Cup Margarine Soft
