My sweetie pie loves oysters! He can eat a 5 lb. bag all to himself grilling, and one of our favorite things to do on a hot summer day is BBQ up some oysters! It is a whole event for us we drive about 40 minutes on a very scenic drive and pick up our oysters and barbeque them up with garlic butter and spices. That is defiantly going to be another future post. My point was, at some point I am going to smoke my own oysters for the smoked oyster roll. I am not sure when but it is for sure a thing!
We have a small weber grill, the thing is amazing! We pack it up and take it with us to the beach, and has been such a great grill. Weber is a great brand of grill because of its durability.
