Curried avocado dip would be an easy appetizer to whip up, and would be insanely quick for a small gathering or large event!

2 medium sized avocados
1 clove garlic minced
4 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 slices bacon
¾ Tsp curry powder
1 Tbsp chives minced
1 Tsp Worcestershire
¼ Tsp Tabasco
½ Tsp chili power
I mixed the avocado and lemon juice together and then added the rest of the ingredients and mixed well. Curried avocado dip goes great with raw vegetables and crackers.

Another good choice if you don’t want to spend the money is in the photo below. Kitchen aid products are worth the money you will have for years because they are work horses! Kitchen aid mixers are super dependable, I have had mine for about 10 years without any issues at all.

Ingredients
- 2 Medium Avocadoes
- 4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Slices Bacon
- 3/4 Tsp Curry Powder
- 1 Clove Garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. Chives minced
- 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 Tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
Instructions
- Add all the ingrediencies to a bowl
- Mix well
