3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tsp.Salt
1 Clove Garlic
⅛ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Stalk Rhubarb
2 pound side of salmon boneless (skin on or off, depending upon your preference), wild caught if possible
1 Tsp. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
1 Tsp. Lemon Seasoning
1 Tsp. Granulated Garlic
1 Tsp. Parsley
1 Tsp. Onion Power
1 small Onion Coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary
1 Tsp. Cumin
In a saucepan sauté 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 Tbsp. Butter, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp chopped fresh garlic, ¼ a stalk of Rhubarb chopped, and 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar. Sauté until the Rhubarb is soft and fragrant.
Season the salmon with salt, brown sugar, Cumin, Johnny’s seasoning, lemon seasoning, granulated garlic, parsley, onion powder.
Pour the sautéed rhubarb on the salmon.
Add the Onion
Add the fresh Rosemary
Bake at 420 for 15 to 20 minutes.
