An amazing appetizer to make is this wonderful Blue Cheese and Chive Dip it will have your guest screaming for the recipe.

1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp blue cheese
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
1/8 Cup finely chopped chives
1/2 pint of sour cream
Mix together and enjoy with chips
Add the spices in a bowl
to the spice mixture add the vinegar, blue cheese, and sour cream
Finely chop up chives and add them to the bowl. mix well.
This flavorful dip, and the fresh chives add an element to the dip that makes it have a little bit of a crisp but refreshing taste, and would be easy to whip up if you were throwing a party. As well as a great dish to bring to a barbeque, and would be a wonderful appetizer to serve! If I were throwing a party I would serve this in addition to almond balls, or baked cheese rounds in the links below. Blue cheese dip can be served with raw carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, or any other dipping vegetables. I personally like to enjoy this dip with plain ruffle chips as shown in the photo below.

Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Celery Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Blue Cheese
- 1 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
- 1/8 Cup Chives Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Pint Sour Cream
Instructions
- Add Spices in a bowl
- To the spice mixture add vinegar, blue cheese, and sour cream
- Finely chop up chives and add them to the bowl, mix well and enjoy with chips
