Ingredients
  

  • 2 Packages Yeast
  • 1 1/2 Cup Water Warm
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine Soft
  • 3 1/4 Cup Flour Sifted

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve yeast in water
  • Add sugar, salt, margarine, and 1 ¾ cup flour. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add remaining flour and beat thoroughly.
  • Spoon into buttered muffin pans filling ½ full cover and let rise until doubled in bulk.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until delicately browned.
