Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 4 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 6 Large Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 3 tsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary or 1 t dried
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Flank Steak

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except the steak in a glass baking dish.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally. This steak can be grilled on a charcoal, gas grill or oven broiler. Remove the meat from the marinade, discard marinade.
  • Grill the steak to the desired doneness, and transfer the steak to a work surface let stand for 5 minutes. cut across grain into thin strips.
